Hello, i had my seller account and was selling items using FBA however i recently formed a company and wanted to use the company to operate my account etc. it is a limited company with me being the owner. i updated my bank details by giving the business account and the next day i got an mail that my account is suspended.
Ironically i was gong to email SS for more support regarding the change before i got the suspension email.
The appeal page asked for details so i told them and i sent my certificate of incorporation. Now i have the option to add more documents but i’m not sure what to add. I also updated the business to private owned business and provided my certificate and passport documents again.
When i try to contact SS to explain and ask for help i get no reply and the case gets answered with no reply.
can someone please guide me and help me out. Much appreciated and Thank you so much
