Account Verification issue
Our account is pending for the Account Verification, it starts with Oct. 3 and today is Oct. 15, and they have not verified my account till now.
We sent several emails to
seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk
seller-notification@amazon.co.uk
But we haven’t got any reply till now.
Is that normal?
According to the Seller Support, they said it will take 5-10 business days for the Verification Team to review the information provided and the account before providing an update.
For the seller’s side, we think it takes TOO LONG!

This can take weeks - sometimes months

Seller Account Verification can take anything from a few days to a few months. My first verification took almost three months.
Just patiently wait and provide Amazon any additional information or documents which they request. For any questions, e-mail seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk or open a case with the Seller Support under verification issues.
Also, here is a verification-related help page, which includes answers to all frequently asked questions regarding Seller Account Verification:

In case that you already submitted all requested information and documents, you will need to wait for Amazon to review them.

You could be in for one big massive wait. My account verification began since from 26th July 2019 and I am still waiting on the pending verification status! Don’t get why they need to sit on accounts for this long. They also won’t talk about refunding my pro seller fees until my account is verified and suspension lifted. Massive joke.

No it has not been. Nor have I received any news from Amazon.
How about you? What are your further steps that you are taking to resolve this?

We have been waiting for over 3 months now.

Been waiting for a month now as well…
Quite frustrating that they keep charging you the monthly fee and you just sit there and can do absolutely nothing.
Help desk replies are either just generic not helpful ones or some robotic bla-blah.

WOW!!! I cannot believe what I am reading but since it is on an Amazon fourm it doesn’t surprise me. I have had ALL my ID rejected at one point or another. They have gone as far as asking for my marriage certificate to prove my wife lives with me. Apparently ID issued by a government isn’t good enough.
But here’s a kick. Ask them where all those documents you have sent over are. I have and no one is willing to tell me but I have been told by “customer services” that they can see corporate documents have been uploaded, just not saved to my account.
What is amazing is they need all this to verify identity which is fair enough but to charge my companies debit card, they required nothing.
Come on Jeff. Send your famous “?” to your line managers and get this system sorted.
