Account Verification

Hi,
We are a registered charity and have been selling on Amazon for 4 years, for some reason Amazon keeps asking us for various documents to verify our status, we have provided them over and over again, once we provide them we can sell for about two weeks then they ask us to resend but don’t tell us what the issue is, there appears to be no way of contacting Amazon about this issue, can anyone provide an answer or at least a way of contacting the seller central support team
