Ads suspended because of the claims weight loss, appetite suppressant etc

I’m selling dietary supplements and have continious issues with my Ad campaigns being suspended from advertising on Amazon UK. I don’t have brand registry but they are my products and I do have all the neccesary documents. So my question is wherther there is any way to NOT removw those claims from the detail page. I’ve heard that in US there is a way to do that if your product is approved by FDA and does confirm that it really helps to loose weight. Is it true?
