All products disposed without letting me know
Hello everyone,
My healthy and best-selling product had a technical issue at some point (detailed page removed due to ingredients field missing - technical error because it was there) and I have discussed with the support team to solve this issue. They raised the attention of the technical team to solve the issue and they will reinstate the product (I also mentioned to not dispose of the items till they fix the product). After a few weeks, I received an email stating the listing has been reinstated but the surprise was where are all the products? Automatical dispose order created (no email/phone call/case was created) and disposed on the day when we’re reinstated?
I discuss this with the Amazon team and they are really sorry about this error, the products do not qualify for reimbursement and to have a good day???
What can I do in this case? Discuss with the lawyer and open a court case?
