I have an Amazon Advantage log-in which I don’t use that often because my products sell infrequently there. Amazon has told me that I have an order, but they have locked me out of the account. If I log-in, I just get a one-line message. There is no help function, no phone number and no email.
What am I supposed to do?

Unfortunately I don’t have any access to Advantage accounts so I am unable to see what the issue is. I would recommend logging out of all Amazon accounts and then go to this link https://advantage.amazon.co.uk/hz/vendor/public/contact where you should be able to submit a contact for assistance.
