Hi!

I have also huge issues to been verified on amazon.ae. I have no reason what so every to understand why. My problems seems to be to verify bank account statements. I just get general e-mails letting me know the information does not match. “We were unable to verify the bank or credit card statement you provided.”

We are an European seller and have been on Amazon EU for years.

So, first question I’m thinking is following:

1. Since we register for a business seller (account) I assume the bank statement should be our business bank statement and our corporate address?
2. We used the Payoneer bank account statement, correct?
3. Residential address is my address and does not need to match our bank statement to the company?!

Please let me know your comments on above three questions.
