Our account has been deactivated for the second time due to the INFORM Consumers Act. We have already submitted all the required documents, as requested by Amazon. As per Amazon statement, the account should be reactivated within 48 hours after submitting the documents. However, it has now been over 7 days, and our account is still deactivated.

We contacted Amazon Seller Support, and they confirmed that all the submitted documents are complete and meet the requirements. They also mentioned that everything looks fine on the backend.

Given this, we are unclear why the account remains deactivated and would appreciate any guidance or assistance to help resolve this issue promptly.

NEED HELP, denied for months ungating

I have tried for months now to ungate a brand from which I have LOA, invoices (different ones from different suppliers), I sell in this niche for a long time however it's almost impossible to add new brands. I get the same answer over and over again and being denied.

I do not think someone actually is looking at the case but rather is a robotic answer.

Can someone please help me?

All details match exactly my business, LOA allows me to sell on amazon, the suppliers are authorized suppliers. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I created a listing on June 5, 2025 under the following category:

Tools & Home Improvement › Lighting & Ceiling Fans › Lamps & Shades › Table Lamps

At first, the generic keywords section had 5 input fields, and I was using all of them. But now, I suddenly noticed that only one field is showing, and the "Add More" and "Remove Last" buttons are gone. I can no longer add the other relevant keywords I had planned.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there any way to bring back the 5 fields again?

One field really isn’t enough for the type of product I’m selling.

Appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

Shipment stuck in Checked In Status for Two Months

It has now been three months since I’ve been trying to close my Amazon account.

Each time I attempt to do so, I receive a message saying I still have 1 item in inventory under ASIN B0C7MCL9F3.I requested this item to be disposed of over a month and a half ago, and yet the system still shows it as active.In the meantime, Amazon continues to charge my account, even though I no longer have inventory or sales activity.This situation is unacceptable and feels like a misuse of funds from small sellers.This account has contributed to the decline of my business, and I am now urgently requesting: Immediate disposal confirmation of ASIN B0C7MCL9F3

My account has been deactivated session 3, I am a new seller on Amazon, I had found a profitable product, I did the sourcing, I found a verified supplier, at that time I did not have my brand registered, since Amazon gives you the possibility to sell in Generic, I started selling in Generic, my product has nothing to do with any Brand, my product has been blocked 3/4 times in 60 days of sales, and now Amazon has deactivated my account session 3,

I have appealed 4 times, I sent the invoices that this website issued to me because I ordered the product through this site, on the invoices there is the name surname, address, telephone number and all the data of the company where I purchased the product is Amazon can check directly with the supplier,

I ask for Amazon Support please help me to resolve this situation. The question is if I can't sell this product in Generic, I accept, delete my listing, but don't deactivate my seller account please, I have registered my LLC/EIN Resale Certificate, and now I have registered my Brand, I was ready to do the brand registry with Amazon,

what do I do now? Please review my case for a solution please, I will never sell in Generic again, give me a chance, I want to create my own store with my Brand like all successful sellers, I am available for any information you need

I have created parent listing and added variations with individual UPC, added one photo in parent and more than 5 photo in child listing. But when completed i saw my child listing is showing individually and written with" variation family detail " below each variation

to mention i dont have created any shipping plan yet and not stock of physical product yet.

can any one tell me why the listing showing as individual listing ? is it due to out of stock or don't have inventory or not created any shipping plan yet?

cant any one help me how to create a shipping plan for the variations ?

Inventory Reduced with NO explanation

Hi,

I need some assistance with Case ID 18091969021.

i had a reduction in inventory between the 5th and 12th July of around 200 units that was not related to sales (sales volume was 10 units). There was nothing related on my inventory reports and no notifications of the reduction.

i have had a number of replies from Amazon Support ranging from, it relates to some reimbursement IDs, but these occurred in May and June, and that I need to supply a reference ID for the lost units.

Hi everyone, today marks exactly 2 months since I started selling on Amazon. Guess what I’ve got?

After 2 months, I’ve sold over 90 units, generating around $2,900 in revenue — but I’ve already spent about $2,000 on ads.

Adding in FBA fees, fulfillment fees, referral fees, discounts/promotions, and startup costs, my total loss has climbed to nearly $3,500.

Oh, and let’s not forget 10% VAT.

What should I do?

If I stop running ads, my products won’t sell. But with ads, it’s not like things are much better. (My current ad click-through rate is about 1–3% depending on the campaign — is that even good?)
