amazon fba have lost 20 products out of 31 . what can i do about it
You can file a claim for items lost in the warehouse but must wait for 30 days
they have told me the product were not in box with other 11 items

You will need to claim from the carrier.
This seems to be becoming normal we never used to track inventory going in until recently, we have one open case now were they said we had sent 48 extra items in (they would not have fit in the box) so it was showing and said we cant send that sku again - so we reported it and noticed the 2 boxes we sent in one had 36 items one 48 they have both vanished let alone this imaginary extra 48 a week on still not sorted.
You can contact the MD team to complain and ask them to investigate it but only if Amazon have clsed the shipment and not left you with anyway to investigate
It seems to happen with most of my shipments now, can only be one of two things… laziness in checking in or theft
