Amazon have stopped me selling my product...but other people still selling same product

Hi,
Amazon have said that my product can no longer be sold on amazon but when i looked on amazon there are still people selling the exact same product. I currently have stock which was sent before they notified me of this problem. i currently have 20 products which are in FC Transfer but my details page has been removed. amazon are not helping me with this issue.

would it be worthwhile creating a new listing? does this mean amazon are letting this product still be sold online?
