Amazon Lost Buy Box on Whole Account - Any Help Please

Hi,

Hope you are well.

We have unfortunately noticed we are NOT receiving the buy box on any of our listings. We noticed this sudden change this morning on 26/01/2022, yesterday (25/01/2022), it was completely fine.

Our Account Health has stayed the very same, yes our defects are higher than we would like. This is due to Ireland Order issues. 90% off the defects are from Irish orders due to Brexit issues. This morning the ODR was on 1.03, however, our team is working on appealing A to Z’s which are delivered etc. As of this moment it has dropped to 1%, and as the day progresses we assume it would drop lower and lower.

Its worth noting, we have previously, in December had our ODR rise to 1.18% and even then we never lost our buy box per…

Or late despatch rate is 0%, cancellation rate is 0%, VTR is 98.66%,

Can anyone please give us any kind of insight as to what we can do please, and does anyone know how often Amazon will review this to award the buy box back to us?

This is greatly affecting our business and any help will be greatly appreciated.

How many violations do you still have in total on your account alongside the high odr ?

Also have you lost them to another seller or are you the only seller?

Hi, previously we had thousands due to pricing issues etc. However there are only like 9 now and our account is no longer at risk, its on “Good”

In the past even when our account was “At Risk” for over 6 months, we still never lost the buy box.

Amazon stated Buy Box eligiblity is not based upon that, its based upon ODR, Late Despatch, Pre-Fulfilment Cancellation.

Some of them we are the only sellers. Its not even lost the buy box per say, we are just now showing up as eligible for it anymore.

Unfortunately the buy box eligibility states you need to have a 'good sales history ’
Going over the 1% with 1000s of previous violations may cause the loss
Are you competing with other sellers or are you the only seller ?

Every listing is different, some its only us and we have no buy box eligibility at all.

Its random because our account standing is “Good” and previously for months it was “At risk” and we had no buy box problem.

Any idea how long Amazon recalculate this in for the buy box again?

you know that the buy box % shown on your dashboard relates to 48hrs ago and not now?
If you click on the % it will take you to a page with more details

I think there may be a bug in the EU… we noticed about 30 mins ago all BUY box went for Italy and if we go to our inventory, it shows all listings are active, but if you click on them to see the listing, it shows as unavailable. This is the same for France, Italy, Spain. This the same for you OP?

(UK, Germany and US are currently fine)

Yh we are aware of this, however, that is not what we are referring too. Besides this has dropped to 0%

We are meeting all buy buy requirements and have lost eligibility for it all of a sudden, no explanation what so ever.

did you hover over the i in a circle? That will tell you why you arent getting the buy box

It says price related. However, that’s not true. Many of them we are the cheapest and someone else gets the price box, we even tried to accept the price change of one of them and it still does not give us the buy box.

We just need to know when Amazon will recalculate this and how often they do, as if they calculate our account health, ODR etc now, we are well below 1.0.
