Amazon marketplace fair pricing policy

Good afternoon, For the past year or so we are having a lot of problems with Amazons policy compliance. We try to do our best and give them all they ask for so out of 900 listings they asked about we got about 800 sorted.
With our listings , there are items it is impossible to get a C.E for so we just cancelled the listings which i think is over 100. If you buy a teddy eye you fit it to a toy then send the top off to get a C,E not a single eye. These all come with EN71’S but apparently the EN71 is not good enough sdo it doesnt really bother us as Amazon is well down are list of sale platforms .
The problem now is that they have started on to the pricing policy probably as they have asked us at least 3 times over the past 18 months to prove our items . I have no idea who i rubbed up the wrong way but now we have moved onto the pricing policy , we wont be able to win. We got 6 violations this week for items like lets say 4 bag handles . We are selling them for £8.99 and they want us to sell them at £3.29 . They cost us 90p each to buy so its impossible to sell them at their price. I have emailed and phoned and asked them to show me them at this price and they wont do it.I understand if someone doesnt want to lose their rank and they put silly money on but for Amazon to tell us what to sell an item at when there is no item the same on Amazon the same . Thanks

can you provide them with links to other online sellers that show that the £8.99 is the correct(ish) price.

but . . . we had an issue recently with a product that has an RRP of £29.99
we were selling it at around £13.50 delivered but amazon said the competitive price should be £8.99
we found the off amazon but online seller at £8.99 they were comparing us to - but that seller added £4.99 delivery on their website to the £8.99
Amazon would not accept that the off amazon competitor was really charging £13.98

Hello @CelloExpress1,

I am happy to help you.

I understand that your query is with the fair pricing policy. The price limits are set by Amazon after observing market prices for each product available for customers.

If there is any issue with the price you are getting it for from the distributor, please inquire with available suppliers for that particular product and try to choose a better supplier who is offering the product at a price as per market. Also, for any concerns about prices please check Fair pricing policy page.

I hope your query is resolved.

Thanks,

Maha

Amazon closed one of my listings for this. They wanted me to sell at £1.99. FBA fees, not including referal fee, were £2.89. How does that work?
