Amazon Messages Cock-up?
I have had a customer contact me regarding their purchase which they have received. The courier also says the item is delivered on the tracking.
The customer tells me:
“This product has already been sucessfully delivered, but this morning Amazon have sent me an email advising me that “the address is undeliverable” (despite this business address receiving Amazon deliveries on a daily basis) and because of that we will be refunded.”
Well, this make us and Amazon look foolish. So, Amazon are saying they will refund the customer for something that the customer and the courier says is delivered?! More ridiculousness from Amazon, just randomly threatening to give money back to our customers now!!

Hi,
This is a long standing problem. Please see thread below from 1 yr ago.

This is becoming far too much of a coincidence.
There appears to be a delibarate policy of Amazon telling customers their stuff is late, hasn’t arrived, undeliverable, etc, etc…
I don’t believe this is random. It seems to be orchestrated purposely to give stuff away and defraud sellers.
