Amazon mistake! our company loss is 12.000 euros

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOUR BY AMAZON !!!

AMAZON HAS REMOVED OUR PRODUCT AND MOVED THEM FOR DISPOSAL - WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS BEFORE ACTION!

Status was changed by Amazon personnel and the reason for that was " Products was not in sellable condition"

WORTH OF DISPOSED PRODUCTS WAS 11.988 EUROS (VAT 0%)

Status change was NOT DONE by our company - That is sure!!

We are very dissatisfied with Amazon’s level of cooperation and ethically extremely questionable behavior, because by acting unilaterally in this way, completely salable products can be destroyed.
The materials used to make the products are aluminum, steel and plastic. These products are very durable and cannot end up in an unsaleable condition other than by putting them in a metal crusher.

I now demand a very detailed explanation of why this has happened and whose responsibility it is for this disposal of the products.

We have been asking many many times an accurate LOG-IN information that can be found for surely in Amazons database on the 9th of February 2023. But we haven’t receive any data on that specific date and login event itself.

Amazon Seller Central answer is always the same:

Few other people have complained of similar issue where their inventory was suddenly moved to Defective. They might have same issue as yours

You won’t get any on here as it says they’ve already been disposed of so nothing anyone can do
Contact the MD and speak with a solicitor
