Amazon not following buy-shipping policy
So pretty much as it says, buy-shipping policy protects me against A-Z claims for item not received, however Amazon don’t appear to have got that memo.

Specifically states A-Z claims for item not received protected in performance metrics but yes I do still have to foot the bill
Anybody got any ability to assist? I try once with seller support who transfer me then computer say no anyway.

Really not sure what your actually asking to be honest.
Yes, you have to fund it and if it’s a claim for not received, it should not affect your defect rate.
Assuming that it was shipped on time and it is actually a claim for none delivery.
A-to-z Guarantee claims : If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims.

Amazon do count these against your ODR. I know the wording in their policy specifically states they do not count against your ODR (when using Buy Shipping) but I have had numerous A-Z’s (using Buy Shipping) where the A-Z has counted against the ODR when the order has been shipped by the Ship by date (important you ship by this date). I have appealed them numerous times with no success. If you appeal too many times (like I did) Amazon just say they will no longer respond. I have even asked for it to be escalated to a manager.
I use Buy Shipping mainly for the purpose of the extra layer of protection (A-Z claims) but will now probably switch back to Click & Drop
Just take it on the chin
