Hi Adrian, thank you for your response.
This is the only performance notification we received on the account and in email. There was nothing on this before hand. I understand this is very strange but this is what happened.

Unfortunately without knowing the reason for your suspension we cannot help address it.
If there are no prior notifications then I can only suggest contacting SP and requesting confirmation of the reason for your suspension.
If you only receive a copy and paste reply then at that point maybe ask the Executive team for an explanation so that you are able to construct your appeal.
