Please help me! Amazon seems not to care about my problem. I believe made a mistake by changing the Number of Item in the Product Details page while the items were still in the Receiving status. My Items are still in the Out of Stock status for more than half of a month. I couldn't find anyone help me for this.

A LOT of products are being suppressed from search as "Adult Products" although they are plainly and obviously not adult products.

"Our policies apply to any adult product that is designed for use in sexual activities or sexual wellness."

One support person said there was a No Promote policy and I should refer to the "Performance Notification" about the product.

I called them out as just making stuff up and requested a link to the policy as what they referred to does not exist in seller documents, is unknown to seller assist, and there is no Performance Notification. No response. Support cases are just being left open without a response.

The problem is compounded because:

1. Products in FBA suddenly do not get sales. Amazon either needs to sell the products or pay for its stranding of inventory and refund storage fees.

2. There is NO notification an ASIN has been impacted. No listing violation. No policy violation. No restricted products violation. No performance notification. No flag in inventory manager such as exists when a listing is not buy box eligible. Nothing. When clicking on an ASIN from inventory manager the link will show an active Amazon url, but when searching for the ASIN in the marketplace there is nothing as search is suppressed. Normally when there is a listing issue suppressing search there is "listing policy violation" in Account Health so that a seller can address the issue - but here there is nothing.

The past few brand approvals have made no sense. We submit the same document around 10 times. The first 9 times we get declined and then 10th time we get approved.

Is there a reason the brand approval process is so inconsistent?

Enough is enough. Countless sellers have begged for an answer but all we ever get is "your account doesn't qualify". No.

Do your job and HELP US. The error message "You cannot list this ASIN because it is restricted from importation by courier model." needs to be fixed as well as tell sellers why we can list things one day, then get this error on every product the next without any changes.

I will reopen this issue constantly until it's addressed.

What can be done? My livelihood is being systematically deleted. Every morning I wake up to more of my personalized products being deleted.

My business is tanking and Amazon seller support will not do anything about it.

When I open a support case, first they say my products are "a smoked license plate cover, frame or spray." Which they are obviously NOT.

Then they say, "license plates can only be sold by state issued agencies" which is NOT true!

I have submitted documentation and state laws showing that there are 21 US states that do not require front registration plates from the government and it is legal to put a novelty/personalized license plate on the front......

It is like talking to a deaf person who only knows how to give one answer.... A vague sorry, you can't do that because >>>>insert rotating copy and paste reason.<<<<<

Amazon is auto rejecting my invoice

I am applying to sell a certain brand and Amazon is asking for an invoice from my supplier. The invoice meets all the requirements that Amazon has listed on the application page, but when I submit the invoice it automatically gets rejected saying "they can't verify the supplier". I have been working with this supplier for years and have had many many invoices from them get approved with no probelms, but yet I am having issues now.

I can't seem to have an actual human look at this imvoice to see that it clearly meets all the requirements. Any new case I open they just tell me to respond to the original application with a new invoice, but I can't just get a new invoice and I am not going to place a new order for more product I cannot sell. Any help would be great as the invoice meets all the requirements, but I can't seem to get any real person from Amazon to look at it.

As you know Amazon has been "strongly suggesting" everyone move to AWD.

* We are a large seller and ran a test on AWD on May 5th 2025.

* Our shipment was "delivered" on May 12th 2025.

* The system indicated that shipments are received within 9 days (I believe) of delivery. The shipment was never "received".

* We opened multiple cases, including escalated SAS. On May 28th we were told our shipment had been "rerouted" to another center -- which we noticed was a normal FBA center.

* We continued with our cases and finally as of July 2nd (almost 2 months later) we were told that our inventory was indeed re directly DIRECTLY TO AN FBA CENTER. No emails, no notice, nothing. On the AWD interface it just sat in open status the entire time. If we didn't open a case we would have never known.

So this brings up many questions:

(A) What if we had sent in huge quantities -- rather then a few boxes, what if we had sent in pallets of inventory that were suppose to last months and they were all redirected immediately to FBA? We would get hammered with huge fees, and possible LTSF -- plus possibly have to remove at our expense.

(B) How can we trust the AWD system if we can't even send a single test shipment successfully and when there are issues there is no notification?

When an average person searches for my product, this is how it appears: there's no way to buy it unless they go to See All Buying Options > Add to Cart.

Only after doing that, my product finally appears correctly (image 2).

I’m facing a serious issue with my AWD Shipment ID STAR-WYZMQQCRXQZYU, delivered on May 28, 2025 to the IUST facility via FedEx (POD available and already submitted to support). The shipment contained 2 units, but Amazon has only marked 1 unit as received.

Here’s the concerning part:

The missing unit is not visible in my inventory (FBA inbound or on-hand).

However, the product is still getting sold on Amazon.com, even though my inventory shows zero units.

Multiple orders have come in for that SKU while inventory stays at 0, which clearly indicates the unit exists in the system, but is not reconciled properly.

I have opened a case and submitted all required documents, including POD, AWB (Aramex + FedEx), packing slip/invoice, inventory screenshots, and order proof.

Case ID: 18013185151

Current status: Amazon acknowledged the issue and escalated internally, but there has been no resolution or inventory correction for over a month.

This is not just a delay — this appears to be an inventory integrity issue within AWD where the system is allowing fulfilment without visible stock. It is affecting my account and customer experience.

I kindly request that this be looked into by the concerned internal team urgently.
