Amazon VAT Transactions Report Missing some orders


We have noticed quite a lot of orders not included on Amazon VAT transactions Report, all completed orders mostly on 16th December. Now we are getting a big total difference compared with Date Range Report. We have raised this issue with support team, hope it will be sorted soon. I wanted to know if it ever happened to you, if so how you sorted it out. thanks


It might be zero rated orders to VAT registered customers in the EU.


No it’s all UK customers orders with Standard VAT and it’s included fine in Date Range Report.

Seller service refuses to acknowledge the issue and sends irrelevant text templates.
