Amazon violating my seller rights

Hello there
It’s 6-th day my account deactivated absolutely unfair.
Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account Elite***********ons Ltd which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the j_tproducts Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, j_tproducts please follow the below steps:

  1. You must first reactivate the account associated with Elite***********ons Ltd by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

  2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, j_tproducts by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/notifications. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the account – Elite*******ons Ltd ?

If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:

  1. If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following this https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/notifications and provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.

  2. If you do not recognise the above account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/notifications and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.


I spoke with Amazon team and problem was in third party prep centre which service using for some time and have a permanent contract from 14/06/2016. This guys actually doing grate job, checking products similarity, quality and quantity at my listings make sure all Amazon customers getting service and products they paid for. I done appeal, provide with all necessary documents, Amazon then spoke with prep centre but my account still deactivated and there is a no response. here is a letter has been provided from prep centre:
Dear All,

With this letter we confirm that we at Done4UFBAprep have user permissions as third-party provider to the following Amazon Store:

J_Tproducts owned by KT *** ****

Our customer K*** T*** has signed up with us the 14th of June 2021 for one year contract until the 14th of June 2021.

We are managing their FBA shipping plans on his behalf, as agreed with the owner of this store.

We are based in Oldham at the address on the top of this letter and our email to access their account is info@done4uFBAprep.co.uk

J_Tproducts sends his wholesale’s products for us to inspect, prep and pack to then forward them to Amazon FBA.

We trust that this will not cause any issues to the owners’ account, and it will not relate his account to any other account of our clients through our IP address.

Our client is currently suspended in relation to a connection to another account which he has no contact with, nor he knows its owners, nor has ever accessed that account.

Should you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact us directly on the email above.

Looking forward to our client’s account being reinstated as soon as possible.

Never slept signs my account has been deactivated, lost 4 kg, my business will ruin very soon and what for???
I already spoke with high street solicitors and ready take legal action against the Amazon, but I don’t want this kind of rubbish, am genuine seller and only I want do business and that’s all.
Is anybody from Amazon team here and help me?. Thank you very much!

Anyway, my account don’t have a any kind of connection with Elite*** Limited, my company has been registered at January of 2019, Elite*** limited at 2020, no address similarity, I done some search and find some information at company house.

It sounds like they should be using the MWS or SP-API, rather than having direct access to your Amazon account. It doesn’t surprise me it’s caused issues.

Same thing happened to me. They stopped my selling privileges since 31/1/20 claiming some BS about my account being related to a similar account which I don’t know. I provided them with my explanation that I am not affiliated with any other account or business, my products are manufactured and sold by my company. I also provided legal documents to help support this i.e my VAT certificate, my business registration certificate, my current reports and everything else. These bots or brainwashed amazon support staff still fail to see reason. I don’t know what else to do. They’re making it harder and harder for us to sell.

Had a look at their website and there is no company address, information or telephone number which I believe is required by law. The company is also not registered at companies house. I’m not surprised Amazon have disregarded their letter/email supporting your claim.

Amazon is a giant with limitless funds, any action you take will simply fill the pockets of your solicitor and get you no where.

Clearly this company is admitting there is an issue with its clients and Amazon, which for me should ring warning bells to anyone using them.

Unfortunately, Amazon only has the word of this company and nothing more.

Best advice; Respond with part 2 if you haven’t already done so, and make sure you have deleted any access by the prep company.

We are the owners of Done4uFBAprep which is owned by MV Essentials LTD.

For everyone’s information, this is clearly a glitch on Amazon linking a few of clients accounts to Elite which got suspended in October last year. No fault of our own, as any seller can have users on their account.

We have however taken this issue very seriously and got on the phone with Amazon today explaining that there is no link between our clients and Elite apart from having us, their prep centre as a user. 2 accounts have just been reinstated today and Amazon admitted the error.

We are a serious company which started this business with every good intent and with our customers as our number one priority.

Easy to put bad comment without knowing what we are doing to resolve this situation and how much this is affecting my business that provides food to put on the table for my kids!! I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone today too and we are in touch with 3 different solicitors to get the right advise to get all the accounts reinstated. I’m sure J_t products will also get reinstated very soon and we will do our utmost best to ensure that this issue is resolved and won’t happen again.

Please feel free to ask J-t products himself how we are with our clients and how hard we work as prep centre.
