Dear Amazon staff, hello.

The European site of my shop ZHAN MAI has not been delivered for sale three years ago, because I intend to close the shop. Because the premise of the cancellation of the store is that the site cannot have any inventory and account balance. The inventory and balance of my European site have all been cleared, except for the two inventories of ASIN B075QBQS9M in France, which are in the state of the buyer's reservation, and his order number is 406-9276315-3011566. The order was placed on September 20, 2020.It has been more than four years and is still in the state of buyer's reservation, which seriously affected the process of my cancellation of the store.

I opened the case of the seller support team on May 7, and the staff replied that they had helped the relevant team to cancel it, but it has been nearly 5 months and the same team is still handling it, please check the case id: 9772867022. Because the tax ID of the German station of my shop has been cancelled for more than two years. If the tax ID is cancelled for too long and the shop is not cancelled successfully, my shop will be at risk.

Please help to deal with it. Cancel the reservation status of the two ASins in the French station B075QBQS9M and change them to available or unavailable. I will remove and destroy them and cancel the store. Thank you for your help.

Help with vat

Im not currently vat registered but will soon hit the threshold to become vat registered. Ive been exempt until the changes obviously made recently. Can i claim back all previous vat charged once ive become VAT registered or is it from that point only? (I hadnt been paying it so i mean since the changes have been made)

Base amount -£0.96

Tax -£0.19

Digital service fees -£0.07

Tax -£0.1

Fba Fulfilment fees -£2.59

Tax -£0.52

What can i actually claim back out of these? Can you claim back all the "tax", how do i go about claiming it back once im registered if so? How do i collect invoices? Any help would be appreciated. Trying to get my head around it.

I lost my entire store's buy box

All of my ASINs have the lowest quote, and I have not violated any rules. I sell my products normally, but suddenly I lost the buy box for all ASINs, which caused me to lose 90% of my orders. Who can save me! help!!!

FBA fees quantity more than quantity sold

I have been looking through my SKU economics report and have noticed for some items, the FBA fees quantity is higher than the amount ive sold. For example, in a given period I sold 468 units of one item (-8 returns), yet for FBA fees quantity on the same item and period, it shows 484.

Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Q&A for products coming through as msg for retailer

Hi,

Wondering whether this is just us or if this happening to all retailers.

We have had a huge volume of questions coming via the Amazon mgs. system to us. This has been happening for about a week.

They seem to be very generic basic questions, which we of course have no problem answering and they are for products we sell. But we are just not accustom to is on Amazon.

Also the "Can you answer a customer question" emails seem to have stopped coming too. And we have noticed the FAQ section has had an update with a live search box...

Customer bought an item.

Customer returned a different item. No prior refund applied. Not prime.

I messaged customer and told them I cannot refund without receiving the correct item.

1 week later, suddenly Amazon have refunded the customer.

I open SAFE-T claim - I can't understand why they've refunded him. SAFE-T claim denied.

I'm lost. What happened?!?!

i was able to sell all most any item but since wednesday amazon is now saying i need approval to sell and its not just one item its all most every single item.

on tuesday i could list products and now for the same products i need approval to sell them and i dont understand why.

I've been buying Large Letter 1st Class postage through Amazon's 'Buy Shipping' button and I wondered whether Large Letter 2nd Class postage would still count for valid tracking? I've been reading conflicting things online, so just want to make sure as currently my VTR is not looking great - on my first ever order I read some bad advice online and hand-delivered it as the customer was just around the corner from me...

As a separate question, for some reason under VTR it is saying the below, even though I've shipped more than 1 of the same item:

Number of non-exempted shipments: 1

Shipments with valid tracking: 0

Any ideas why this is?
