No, haven’t had it, but the slight alarm bell is the ‘…we may use the personal information you provide…’ and the comment about the authenticity.
It does seem as though it is as a customer as the last link is supposedly the ‘Customer Service Help Page’.

I wonder what personal info they are asking ?
