Anybody have disbursement problem

Hi
Since a week ago, I get a message when i tried to reimburse my payment:
This account is not eligible for On Demand Disbursement.
You cannot disburse if your available balance is zero or less.

My account has no problem at all, anybody know what’s going on?

Yes, I have had the same message a couple of days ago. Thought I had disimbursed at lunchtime. Went back in evening and balance still there. Realised I hadn’t had the confirmation email. Tried again and got that message. Tried 10 minutes later, was successful and recieved confirmation email.
