Anyone else think Chat GPT would be way better than seller support?

I’ve a minor issue, driving me mad, but heck I’ll just ditch the one book.

BUT. I’ve spent way too much of the last two days trying to get an answer from seller support. Random replies with no relevance to my query. Cut and paste silliness. Liinks to forms which are dead or don’t work. Incomprehensible “English”.

Bring on AI.

Given the purported daily cost of running ChatGPT is around $700k I’d hope it’d be good. I’ve used it for a few things and generally it does well. Although I saw recently that it falsely took credit for writing some exam coursework which got some students on hot water.

It does give very bot-like responses to questions, so in that respect alone perhaps similar to Support.
