Application Appeal - saying they can't find my account?

Hi
I applied for a handmade account and got a reply saying they couldn’t register me, but to send more information and photo’s etc to handmade-appeal@amazon.co.uk I did this on the 10th July and never got a reply.
So today I email again asking what is happening, and get a reply saying they can’t find an account with my email address.
I am signed into seller-central with the exact same email address, but now I’m just going round in circles as they can’t find my account!

What can I do next? My products are 100% handmade by me in my house and I want to be a handmade seller :frowning:
