Articles of Association or Details of Benefical Owners?


I am still trying to get my payment info verified after several attempts at sending documents. The latest email I have received asks from Amazon asks for

"document confirming every beneficial owner " yet the Identity Page in Seller Central where I upload to says something different
Statutes (by-laws/articles of association) - Upload document

  • Invalid Document

Which document should upload? The one requested in the email or the one requested from within Seller Central??

Makes sense to me as whoever sent you the email, probably got it wrong!

I’m in the same situation, and they have rejected multiple documents sent, can I ask which one you uploaded with success?
