ASIN is not searchable?
Morning,
Does anyone know what it means if ASIN doesn’t come up on search results?
Amazon says they come up with search results but when I check on my browser ‘No Asin Found’ result.
If ASIN is not searchable, does it mean the customer cannot find the product and What do I need to do to get ASINs searchable?
Thank you in advance

Posting here as well, so it’s available to others.
When your looking on Germany, are you looking with a UK or DE address?
It comes up when looking with a German one. I presume, that you don’t have shipping settings to the UK, from Germany?
If you don’t have a German address that you can use, use postcode 20095

If it doesn’t come up on search results, then it probably isn’t searchable.
Have you checked to make sure that it’s not suppressed?
Has it recently been created?
Post the ASIN and I can search for it. It could be just one of those things as well.

I have had issues in the past where a ASIN has mistakenly been classed as an adult product.
Just email CS and they can rectify or let you know if there is another issue,

I have faced this issue before and learn it was to do with the IP address you search from.
If your ASIN is ‘Active’ and not ‘Suppressed’ in your inventory, then it is likely active and searchable. Often ASINs will not be searchable in a marketplace if your IP address is not local to the jurisdiction of the marketplace.
eg. If you search the DE marketplace from a UK IP address, it wont show up. If you use a VPN and change to a German IP address, then go to DE marketplace, it will show up but again if you go back to the UK marketplace and search while connected to your German IP address, you likely won’t find your UK listings, until you switch back to your UK IP address.
