Authenticity claim POA

Hello, Amazon did not accept invoices and POA, and hold all sale funds from 5th Decembers due to account review they think we sell unauthentic items, because we purchased them from local wholesalers and cash & carrys . last email i received from Amazon ( Dear Seller,

You still have not provided sufficient information to reactivate your account.

We may not reply to further emails about this issue. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.

The forum is much better since she has not been on it as a lot more posters have offered advice

As Mark says, the forum is much better now and there are many more posters who offer sound advice than there were previously,.

Advice that is tailored to the questions asked and issues raised rather than generic copy and paste replies which were often irrelevant.
