Automatic removals for damaged products


A few times recently, Amazon have created removal orders and returned our products to us saying they are damaged. However, they come back in perfect condition with the packaging and barcode still intact exactly as shipped. This is costing us sales and removals fees. Has anyone else had a similar issue?


Absolutely. From a customer point of view if they say its damaged they get free returns. We used to sell kitchen knives and they always came back “Damaged” yet undamaged because of the cost of posting bladed products.


Ah, so these are products that have been returned by customers? I thought they were being shipped back to us from the FC without ever being sent to the customer. This would make sense, thank you.
