Bank statement rejection
I dont know what to do,After almost 6 months of emails and useless help from support ,
My account has been suspended, because out of the blue amazon has requested to send bank statements, which i have sent almost 15-20 times but they need stamped and signed bank statements, which bank refuses as it s not their policy.
Any body knows a way out?

What exactly have Amazon asked for? Do you mean certified statements?

– A scanned copy of a certified Comprehensive Personal Bank Account Enquiry print-out for the primary contact person. The document must meet all the criteria listed below:

The document shows the issue date.

The document is dated within the last 180 days.

The document is stamped by the bank with a verification code on the stamp.

The document shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.
