Best time to send stock after removal order placed
We have just created a removal order for a product after being advised there was a problem with receiving at FBA. We may have incorrectly labelled them… so to be safe we are removing all of that stock (both sizes) to double check.
When is the best time for us to replenish that stock? The removal order is showing as pending and all the stock in that order is no longer showing as available to customer… so I guess it will be slowly being retrieved from unsocial fulfilment centres.
We have stock waiting that we can send in, but want to be sure it’s the old stock that is returned. Should we saint until we get the removal order completed email?
Many thanks.

We once sent some mislabled stock. It was a right pain. It took ages to get it back after creating a removal order.
In the mean time we closed the FBA listing, created a new FNSKU and sent new stock with new barcode labels so the two wouldn’t get mixed up.

In a similar situation, we were told that: (a) the removal order existed over the specific units that were in inventory at the time the removal order was created, and (b) any new units sent in while the removal order was pending wouldn’t potentially be returned as part of the removal order.
How accurate this was I don’t know as we waited. Our concern was that the removal order would be cancelled at Amazon’s end and then any potential differentiation would be lost.
