I have the following situation:
In April 2017 I’ve sent 60 books to Amazon UK fulfillment center.
Since that time 5 were sold. There rest are not displayed and it is written it is out of stock.
I 've tried to write to support many times, provided postal documents, but the only response I’ve had is that they store information only about 18 last months. And no any further support on this issue.
The question is: How it is possible to work in this way? And where to complain, if there is no any phone support. Only closed circle of automatic emails.
