same trad mark reg in USA that is not my , this trad mark also reg with amazon
can i reg this trad mark with amazon in uk under my amazon ?

A US trademark will not be valid in the UK, or the other way around. So there is no benefit in registering it on Amazon.uk and what would be the point in having the same trademark registered twice on Amazon.uk?
And if it’s not your trademark anyway, you would need the US trademark owner’s agreement for you to be their agent in the UK
