BRAND administrators pending review

Hi Everyone, I am trying to register my brand INVITASEN with the brand registry but it says pending Brand’s administrator’s review. I cannot see the application in the brand registry account or its status and every time I try contacting Brand Registry they just send me a link to sign up for Brand Registry and if I try doing it says ’ pending Brand’s administrator’s review '.

I have registered the Brand on Intellectual Property office UK, how do I come to know who is the Brand Administrator or how approve?
