Buy Box Eligibility

Hi
Can someone please help with buy box eligibility. I have gone from 40 orders a day to less than 10 as I am now no longer eligible for the buy box. All my Amazon metrics are below the requirement, and account health is healthy. I have queried with SS but as usual they’re not helpful. How can I get my account eligible again?

Is it ALL listings

Have you increased prices at all lately or sell same cheaper elsewhere ?

Have you downgraded to individual selling plan ?

I have gone above 1% but not recently. Must have been nearly 1 year ago.

Not increased the prices. I do sell the products on my site at 20% discount. But the items are not sold at RRP on Amazon either, so its technically discounted on Amazon as well.

No still business plan.

On the few I checked, you are not the cheapest, with amazon selling many too

Do you have any asins where you are either the cheapest or only seller ?

No one has BB as its cheaper elsewhere - ebay etc

Before if there was no other seller I would normally win the buy box, and I had a share of 5%. But since last weeks its dropped to 0%.
If a competitor site is cheaper why would Amazon not display the listing, surely that is shooting themselves in the foot?

Perhaps they’ve relooked at the available pricing around.

Because they’re suggesting your price is unreasonable & too high. Amazon are shooting themselves in the foot in a sense of, they don’t get their commission from you being visible but customer is king & Amazon want to be seen as a competitive marketplace… It is a flawed system with the competitive pricing.

This is annoying. Even if my price is the same as the competitive price, I still don’t manage to win the buy box.

I’ve lowered the price to match the competitive price and still nothing has changed.

Drop it a pound below and wait 30 mins or so

Ok, I’ve done that.

I’ve also noticed that the section underneath where it says other sellers, my listing is also not displayed there. Only when you click that section does it appear. Before even if I didn’t have the buy box, my listing would still appear underneath it. Example: B06XDRBVR7
