'Buy Shipping' Letters not appearing on end of day reports
Morning everyone
I’ve noticed that when we ‘buy shipping’ for letters (Royal Mail 2nd class at least), they don’t show on our end of day report manifest that we download and print from seller central. All of our Royal Mail 48 large letters and other services that we also purchase delivery labels for are showing, but not these 2nd class letters.
This is obviously causing problems with Royal Mail as they are collecting letters which do not show on the Amazon manifest. We have letters from other selling platforms which we have on other manifests but not these ones, so Royal Mail are saying that they physically have x number of letters collected but only y on the manifests.
Anyone got any ideas why these letters aren’t showing?

The end of day report is only for RM postage on account ie CRL and Tracked - postage that is invoiced and paid to RM
Letters are not on account and you pay amazon for them so no need for them to be on the manifest - end of day report as they are prepaid
I would bag these separately and write ‘prepaid’ on the green tag
