Buyer cancelled
I sell personalised items. Occasionally the buyer requests something that cannot be done or outside scope of listing. Once explained they decide to cancel. I currently have 2 of these out of 38 which apparently is percentage wise double what is allowed
Amazon have not written to me yet . How worried should I be. It is not my fault. Sold on other platforms for years and agreement to cancel as it cannot be done or confusion from buyer has never been an issue.

If the buyer wishes to cancel, and it’s a merchant fulfilled order, they MUST supply a message with the heading Order Cancellation Request, otherwise the system will assume it is seller cancelled.
Though I assume you are selling in handmade, I don’t know if there are any other rules around cancellations.
