Can I set up automated Messaging while on holiday made

Hi next Wednesday through to Monday we will be at the British Grand Prix so will put the shop on holiday mode and just sell our FBA stock. From passed experience the mobile wi-fi is absolutely terrible and especially the Friday, Saturday and Sunday it doesn’t work at all even with 5G. This is understandable due the sheer volume of people at the site over the weekend.
This is a huge problem when we need to answer any questions within 24 hours or face suspension. We will have staff in over this time doing orders for our own website and running the business etc but we are reluctant to allow them access to amazon as they don’t know or understand the ways of amazon enough and could accidently land us in all sorts of trouble.
My question is can we set up an auto reply stating we will get back to them as soon as possible and hope they don’t escalate any problems if we don’t answer straight away

you can’t do it on amazon, but you can do it on the email address that your amazon messages are forwarded to
