Can I use cellophane wrapping instead of a box?
Hi all,
My question is can I use cellophane wrapping instead of my box? And then opt in for amazon to package my items .
My reasons are because I don’t like my box and fear customers will feel the same .

None of my FBA products come in a box 95% I send in a bubble bag for protection.
However what does the picture on your listing show? if it shows the item in a box I would expect it sent in a box and if it came without the box I can see you have issues with complaints of used not new.
It needs to be packed well enough for the rigours of storage and movement around the warehouse and should be able to survive the drop test
