Cannot find my product for sale on Amazon
Hello. I am selling books on Amazon FBA. On occasions I have looked at the Amazon listings to take a look at my offer and I cannot find it. Although it is usually quite easy because my books are only sold on Prime which narrows things down a bit. In my inventory Amazon is telling me my product is up for sale but I can’t see it anywhere. Any advice gratefully received.

Hi, Having the same trouble and have just been on to seller support. It appears that no listings are accessible to buyers using mobile phones - not to individual and pro-sellers anyway. This seems to be a general issue. Amazon is NOT offering a level playing field, either to buyers or sellers, as I have cheaper books for sale than are ‘apparently’ available to buyers. I have tested this books which i have written myself!! Something changed about a month ago and loads of sellers are seeing the same problem. Good luck anyway, Steve

Maybe it s restricted, branded, IP complaint, suspressed etc etc Over the years, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been into our older warehouse and thought I’ll have a quick check on xx and found it hasn’t been live for some time. I’ve also had a couple of supressed listings that showed as live still and the opposite - ASINs that appear to be totally valid and able to be shown in live listings but only actually appear after I edit the price.
Maybe try that -change the price by a penny see if it boosts the catalogue system. Worth a try.

i searched for that and it brought up; a detail page offering paperback and kindle version both only being sold by amazon on the front page there are 7 others selling this new on the back page and 19 used, dalston bookstore wasnt there at all?

You are listed under one of the many duplicated detail pages that are hidden, check out the ficticious dates used to bypass the correct listing. 
If you want to be seen, you should list against this 2014 edition.

HI I think that is because you are in FBA for which you are paying extra presumably. Other individual and pro sellers (who are FBM?)
are saying their listings are completely blanked from mobile phone access, and this seems to be confirmed by the ‘official reply’ to Inspector West in these threads.
