Cant add products

Cant add any products in the new sponsored panel
the area wont populate with any of my items
anyone else know of this issue?

Are you using the sponsored brands or products?
If brands, you will need to be the registered owner and enrolled in Amazon’s Brand registry.

No products. Not brands
The boxes doesn’t populate with any of my products.
Worked fine last week when I started another one.
I’ve emailed SC. General paste reply was the answer
