Cases disappeared from case log

Hi all my cases seem to have disappeared from my case log - anybody else having this issue?
Any suggestions?

A guy called Dynamo had a similar issue . Though many believed he created the issue . You may just have similar powers .

My cases have disappeared too. Spoke to Amaazon and there seems to be a problem with Amazon’s system and they are looking into it.

Yes, I have the same issue as well. It started yesterday. I can no longer access my case logs.

I’ve had a similar issue however it was slightly different. The case didn’t dissapear, all the content did and the case was marked as answered when it wasn’t.

I’m not sure if this was part of the bug as it was approx 2 weeks ago. Personally I’m down with the conspiracy theory that it was scrubbed of all messages then closed. Darned SS are as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
