Does anyone knows if those who are already using VAT Services on Amazon can change the Tax Partner?

We are currently dealing with Avalara and to put it gently, we’re not happy with the service provided.

Thanks

There is a huge problem with communication and this is causing a lot of problems (like last qtr. we paid 2x for VAT in one of EU countries due to Avalara’s fault).

We tend to get letters from EU Tax Offices every few weeks regarding other issues / discrepancies, so we are definitely moving away from them, even if it means we have to pay a lot for proper accountant services.
