Sorry, but what have Amazon got to do about this?
Im so happy that you are not having any kind of delivery problem.
I didnt say it was on Amazon! but maybe Amazon could step in a extend the time frame knowing there is an ongoing problem.
No doubt you would sit and say nothing if it were happening to yourself?
Amazon has deactivated my seller fullfiled orders due to the order defective rate. Hermes has lost the parcels and it took time to locate the parcels and resolve the issue and I have offered few customers for a replacement, customer has open claimed and got refund and received the parcel to. I have been trying to contact Amazon but didn’t get any response regarding my account apart from same repeated response. I have submitted plan of action to but I don’t think there’s any human representatives are present to reply queries .
We got DPD in for mainly EU shipments and continue with Royal Mail for U.K, but we’ve now swapped this, as they both seem better in the reverse areas.
Is it Christmas again already !! yippeeee
I did try to book a RM re-delivery today (CW8 postcode) and the earliest date they can arrange redelivery is 20th Jan. Not sure if that’s true, or just a glitch with their online booking system
What makes you think Amazon gives any kind of shade of fornication about Royal Mail’s services?
In my area RM are struggling to get peope to do the jobs. Dont blame RM, blame Amazon for putting unrealistic targets on their sellers.
Amazon can’t do anything about the post, but they could protect small sellers from Negative feedback when it is clearly beyond our control .
We get very little feedback , so getting a negative for delays impacts us and puts our account at risk!
What do you mean step in? They’re completely different entities, I’m confused as to why Amazon would step in because Royal Mail is experiencing issues? My KFC took 10 entire minutes to reach my tray last week, somebody call Ronald McDonald!
