Contacting amazon


Last few months have not managed to ‘click’ a request for a call back.
I keep getting the same response call back service is not available now!

Is everyone experiencing this? What is the other option?



Yes, this is happening a lot with the app. Other options, enter a landline, try at a different time of the day or raise a case requesting a callback.


Finding this too tiring to get the assistance we require!

I spent the time to explain the issue in an email, but making it very clear that i still require a call back to ensure no misunderstandings! Yet lo and behold, no call back just a ready template, completely missing the point and again the waiting game!
