Converting FBM to FBA. Dangerous Goods Issue

Hi,

I sell an Antibacterial spray for boxing gloves/ sports equipment etc on Amazon - It is my own brand. It needs to go through the FBA dangerous goods review process given it’s an antibacterial product.

I am trying to convert from FBM to FBA. However, Amazon are unable to classify my product after I’ve uploaded an SDS. I am confident the details within the SDS match the product description.

My issue is, Amazon have not provided any detail as to why they have been unable to classify the product so I don’t know where to start on trying to rectify the issue.

Any help or experience on this would help?
