Custom ask me eori number

Hello
I send my product to Germany Amazon warehouse from Turkey.They ask me Amazon’s Eori number but when i get contact with customer service they say we dont have it and u should apply with your current company since i dont have a company in Germany neither in Uk dont know what to do my products will be return back if cant find a solition ,any idea please?

You must absolutely not use Amazon’s EORI number, or anyone else’s. Other people’s numbers don’t belong to you. You must use only your own EORI number.
