Custom has requested a refund because she has found cheaper


A customer has requested a refund for a game which was being sold at the cheapest price on Amazon. The customer has since found a cheaper price on Ebay am I obliged to refund.


No you do not have to refund the difference between the price they paid and the price they have found it at. Prices changes all the time and especially at this time of year. If they would like a refund, they can return the item to you (at their cost because it is change of mind) and the item must be the same condition you sold otherwise you can deduct appropriate costs if they return an opened item.
