Customer requesting £10 shipping refund for 80g item


All return have to go through the Amazon return process. Beware of attempted transactions outside Amazon. We had one who did the same some time back. We were advised at the time its against the policy, the same applies when they want the order to go to another delivery address. Or contact you to cancel the order when they have already received the dispatch confirmation.


To clarify, the unpaid return labels were provided by Amazon! Amazon return process but not following the prepaid process. Why I don’t know. If you have any ideas, add them here:


There is no charge for unused prepaid labels. The deductions are reimbursed.
