Deactivate seller account

My account deactivate. Amazon team said we need video verification on a video interview i provided every document she asked after 3 days replied me that your documents are forged but my every document is original and verifiable. i am trying to contact but no reply just answered.
i need help on this matter

Yes, i contacted them many times on call through case logs emails but receiving replies not from human. the persons on call they dont know any thing.
