Deactivated account

Hi,

I set up an amazon selling account over a month ago now, it wouldnt accept my ID and kept saying it was’nt the right format, it was the right format and i tried it in several ways. I then get a notifcation to say my account has been deactivated and this is before it has even been activated due to the ID. I had this message appear. I have done everything it has told me to and this was over a month ago, I contacted amazon by email and had no reply.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-Z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. it looks like you have been suspended due to security reasons

Did you change your bank account or charge method?

Nothing was changed.
So I set up the account and it would not accept my ID but said it ticked all the correct boxes, I then had a notification to say my account had been deactivated .

can i ask what form of ID have you used and i what form have you provided it to amazon?

I used a driving lisense, as a pdf in colour and in black and white and rotated in all ways, then a JPEG

ah ok.

Do you have a PASSPORT? This as an ID is so much stronger. As far as I am aware, amazon is not too crazy about the driving licence as a proof of ID.

Yes I do, ill try this and see if that works.
